FR Disc Golf — Dealer Terms & Conditions
Welcome to FR Disc Golf.
We’re proud to partner with clubs, retailers, and event organizers across Canada.
Please review the following Dealer Terms and Conditions before placing your wholesale or club order.
1. Minimum Order
There’s a $500 minimum order for wholesale purchases.
Note: your shipping cost per disc usually decreases with larger orders.
2. Placing Orders
- Wholesale Portal: Submit orders at FRDG.ca.
- Need help? Tell us your budget or quantity goals, and we’ll recommend a tailored order for your shop or event.
- Support: Email info@frdg.ca with order details or with times you are available to set up a support call.
3. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
FR Disc Golf does not offer exclusivity on any product or territory.
4. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
Dealers may not advertise or sell products below the manufacturer’s MAP.
Discounts or promotions must be approved in writing by FR Disc Golf.
Violations may result in suspension or loss of wholesale privileges.
5. Selling Rules
Approved sales channels include:
- Your physical retail store
- Your own business website
Sales through third-party marketplaces require written authorization. This includes:
- Facebook auctions, raffles, or similar
- eBay
- Amazon.ca or Amazon.com
- Any other marketplace or third-party listing site
These policies may be updated at any time.
6. Payments
Accepted methods: EFT, Credit Card, Cash, Cheque, or Wire Transfer.
- Each invoice includes a “Review and Pay” link for secure online payment.
- EFTs can be sent to info@frdg.ca (autodeposit required).
- For wire transfers, contact info@frdg.ca for instructions.
7. Purchasing Terms
New accounts require payment prior to shipment.
Terms may be considered for established partners.
Late Payments for established partners with terms:
- 30 days past due → 5% administrative fee
- 60 days → additional 5%
- 90 days → account referred to collections and all orders suspended until account is paid in full. All future orders will require payment prior to shipping.
8. Order Fulfillment
Most orders ship within 5 business days of submission and received payment.
Large or custom orders may take longer — estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or by email.

9. Shipping
Shipping is calculated at invoicing using a mix of cost-efficiency and delivery speed.
All shipments are courier-tracked.
If you prefer to use your own shipping account, please note this on your order.
10. Damages & Defects
Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
Report any damages or defects to info@frdg.ca within 7 days of delivery.
FR Disc Golf will replace defective or damaged items on a case-by-case basis.
Returns held for more than 14 days will not be accepted.
11. Policy Updates
FR Disc Golf may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available at FRDG.ca.
Continued wholesale participation means you accept the most current version.
