Return Policy (Canada)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most new, unused items. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Discs must be unthrown and free of ink, wear, or damage.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Please allow up to eight weeks for the process to be completed, which includes return transit time, inspection, and your bank’s processing time.
Custom orders and opened/used items are not eligible for returns.
